Reynolds County Memories The towns, some no longer there, the schools, the great places to go, and fun things to do. Established April 26, 2010

I started with the idea of creating a fan page for the old barn on my parents property, but decided to broaden the scope a little... feel free to add your photos and stories so we can all keep the memories alive whether we are near or far... to post multiple pictures email them to [email protected] (you will have to add notes to them after they are posted)

For those with memories of Reynolds County, Missouri. Old fashioned things, gardens, canning, hand crafts...
Our memories are a history to share with friends and family. Please add you thoughts, of the past and present and pictures here

no political posts or discussion, this is not the place for that.

I have a question for the 'older folks' (yes, I belong to thata categorey)
Was out visiting cemeteries with some famiy members and we have heard a story that there is a mass grave from a Civil War Skirmish in the Counts Cemetery on County Road 766l off B hiway.
Does anyone have any information to share about this or any interesting stories about other local resting places.
We have history here and need to preserve it.
