Hi RHS friends, this is Tiffany Tripp East. My aunt Carol Tripp passed away last weekend. Some of you may have had her as an English teacher at RHS so I just wanted to share her obituary with you. Teaching was an important and rewarding part of her life. She often asked about some of my classmates.

Senior Trent Gower says, "I've learned to express myself on an academic level and to put myself forward." He adds, "This class has really allowed me to open up." Restaurant owned by our own Mimi Butler!!

Congratulations to Buenos Grill on becoming a Nevada Green Business!! This family-operated restaurant (and Green Dining NV Restaurant) has eliminated Styrofoam to-go containers and replaced them with paper to-go boxes and bags. They offer biodegradable straws on demand and use local purveyors for most of their food and beverage purchases. They also performed a waste audit to better understand their waste stream!

Hey everyone! Our friend Dawn (Martin) Potter is the new Treasurer for Reno High Alumni Association and curator for the Reno High Alumni Museum. She is in competition with the class rep for the class of 1964 as to who can bring in more new life members.
