I LOVE THIS ANALOGY:
You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.
Why did you spill the coffee?
"Because someone bumped into me!!!"
Wrong answer.
You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.
Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.
Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.
Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled.
So we have to ask ourselves... “what's in my cup?"
When life gets tough, what spills over?
Joy, gratitude, peace and humility?
Anger, bitterness, victim mentality and quitting-tendencies?
Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.
Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation, resilience, positivity; and kindness, gentleness and love for others. 🤗

Jim Rohnes, always said to,

“Stand Guard at the Portal of Your Mind.“🪟

What does that even mean? I asked.

To be honest I didn’t know what this meant for a long time, but when it finally hit me I knew I found Gold! 💛My hope is it helps you as well. 🥰

Ever hear the expression “I can't un-see that?” Scientists have measured the amount of data that enter the brain and found that an average person living today processes as much as 74 GB in information a day. Most of it we are unaware of. What we see and hear makes it’s way to our subconscious mind. 🙀

When I first started this internal work, I did an experiment with myself. I cut out everything that might increase my anxiety. After about a 2 weeks I started to notice things. 👀

Things Like - I was walking into the house one day and I felt so much anxiety pulsate throughout my body. ⚡️ I couldn’t understand it. Just moments before I was happy and calm. What was the difference? 🕵️‍♂️

Did I do something wrong?

Was someone mad at me? 😡

Have you ever felt this way? My anxiety was through the roof. 😳

I scanned the room and saw that my mom was watching tv but everything seemed normal. 📺

After further discussions I found out that my mom had just finished watching a scary movie and her emotions were really high. 😱

What? I asked myself. Can I feel other peoples emotions?

So I decided to experiment with it. 👨‍🔬👨‍🏫Every time anxiety would strike me I would investigate and find out what was the cause.

It was one of the best experiments I have done with my life because now I understand the power of emotions. 😎

The best part is I get to use that power 👑 to know what to avoid and what to let in. Everyone is different so take a chance and do a self experiment.

I tend to stay away from scary or dramatic movies, music and people. 😔😩These kick anxiety for me.

But I like funny and uplifting movies, music and people. 😀🥰😂 because they make me feel good inside.

Anxiety Kills Marriages, Self-Esteem and Lives!

January 2021, my client Cyndi calls me in a panic. She said that her husband was in a coma and the doctors gave him 2 weeks to live.😷👩‍⚕️

At first, I was surprised that the doctors still gave people a time ⌚️frame to live. But then I remembered all the people who die each year because they believe in doctors more than the power that resides in their own spirit.

The doctors 👨‍⚕️said Jim had a blood disease, he was resistant to antibiotics and there was nothing else they could do except keep him comfortable.

Cyndi asked if I could work with him. I said of course. First, we had to get him out of the coma. When a person is in a coma their subconscious mind is wide open to suggestions that work for them. Cyndi knew her husband well, so I asked her a few questions and coached her on what to say to get him responsive. She followed my instructions and the next day he slowly came out of the coma and woke up.👱‍♂️

But he wasn’t out of the woods yet. He still had a low red blood cell count and a high white blood cell count, which still means imminent death. The doctors couldn’t explain why he came out of the coma but still would not back down from the 2 weeks to live.🥹

The good news is I now can communicate with Jim. As I coached him and his wife, they became more hopeful.

The next few days were touch and go. Blood work is done daily in ICU and when Cyndi called me the following day, she was distraught again. The blood work came back worse.😨
She was in tears. She didn’t know what to do.

Reminding them that many people have overcome imminent death before helped.

After a little more coaching they showed signs of hope again.

After a few more days the bloodwork came back, and the red and white blood cells were starting to normalize. They were excited to understand the power that lies in the subconscious! 👨‍⚕️

Not begrudging doctors because they did what they knew to do.

But the power 🙏that resides in all of us is more powerful then any condition that comes upon us. We just need guidance to tap into it.🛞

Each day after that the numbers were improving and he was feeling better. The doctors were surprised as they knew this was not due to the efforts they had made.🤷

At the end of the 2 weeks when the doctors dreadfully expected his time on earth to be over, Jim stood up and walked 👣out of the hospital.😺
We continued to work together after he got out and found that Jim was anxious about everything in his life which caused his body to shut down like it did.

Anxiety is a silent killer,🙀 and most people don’t have the tools to eliminate them until they go to a coach or therapist.

It took me years of studying, reading, and putting myself out there in the world to perfect this ability. Now, I am grateful because it blesses me when I get to bless others by teaching them how to curb anxiety and reign happiness over their lives.😃

My mission is to help as many people as possible to revive their Marriages 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨and live their lives to the fullest without anxiety.

Just think if he had not received guidance, he would have perished just like the doctors said he would. I know because I worked in a hospital. I saw the different mindsets of people and how they led them to their results. 👩‍💼
Jim is now active, happy and loving his life with his wife and kids.

He just wishes ✨ he hadn’t waited until he almost died to make a change.

Hubby and I took the top off and drove until it got to cold. We stopped at Mark Twains cabin and enjoyed the sunset. When life is this good what do you do? I know! I teach others how to be happy too! After years of being miserable I went on a quest to get rid of depression and I made a decision to do what it takes to be happy.
