We’re seeking someone who leads by example, supports and mentors teachers, ensures Bright from the Start licensing compliance, and helps create a positive, high-quality learning environment for our children and staff. Leadership experience in childcare is strongly preferred.
This position comes with additional responsibilities, so pay will be higher and is based on experience, qualifications, and proven leadership ability.

💲 Starting Pay: $15.15 per hour
🗓️ Monday–Friday
⏰ 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Requirements:
✅ Must meet Bright from the Start qualifications
✅ Previous lead teacher experience preferred
✅ Passionate about working with children
✅ Reliable, patient, and professional
✅ Must pass a background check and fingerprinting
✅ CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
