Hello All! Thank you for helping our raffle get off to a great start. A few house keeping items.

Permission slips went home for the students that would like to sell tickets.

Students will take orders for tickets and collect the money. PTO will send the ticket stubs home with students once orders and money are turned in.

We know this method is more cumbersome. Our hope is that this will prevent loss of ticket stubs and keep the sale of tickets honest.

We have attached the forms that went home with this post in case anyone needs them. Thank you all for your support!

Sundays are for football and ........ a RAFFLE!

Eastern Elementary PTO will be raffling a Family Weekend to Cincinnati. The winner will receive 4 tickets to the Bengals vs Chiefs game on December 13th, 4 tickets to the Cincinnati Zoo, 1 night stay at the Hyatt Regency (walking distance to stadium), a $50 gas card, and an autographed photograph from Joe Burrow!

Our PTO appreciates the continued support of our community. With your generous support we are able to provide field trips for our students, positive behavior programs, equipment and so much more. Every dollar raised goes directly back to our students and teachers.

Ways to Buy:
* Eastern Students will begin selling tickets later this week.
*Reach out via Facebook messenger to our PTO page.
*Reach out to a tagged PTO member in this post.
*Catch us at home sporting events and PTO events before the drawing on November 13th.

Book Fair Starts Tomorrow! Below is a list of when each class will shop. Please note that 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade classes are coming during intervention or a specific teachers class time. Please be patient. If your child does not come on the first day listed they will definitely get to come on the next day listed!

Come join us September 16th for our annual Grandparent's Night! Enjoy a night of Bingo and shop the book fair. Admission is free. Doors open at 5:00. Bingo will start at 5:30. We look forward to seeing everyone for our first event of the year! 📚🎒🎉

Today our friends from SnoBiz in Mason,WV stopped by for our Read A Thon classes that raised $500 or more for their tasty rewards!🍧
They will be back for Field Day to provide all our students prek- 6th with a free tasty treat sponsored by the pto☺️🍧
