Closing day on this great home for my buyers! We had a plan, they did everything they needed to do get their home sold, and found this great house just in time! Blessed to have such great clients!

This one was the result of sellers who were motivated to sell this home to be closer to work. They did everything I asked of them, and trusted the process. With thoughtful staging, prep work, photography, pricing and marketing, we were able get their home under contract after the first weekend with buyers (who also had to close on the sale of their home) to make it all work. Every person in this transaction worked hard and made this as smooth as possible. This domino effect transaction requires everything and everyone to fall in line in order to make it all work. In the end, everyone is happy! Best part of my job!

This one is extra special. 4 1/2 years ago, a very good friend referred the sweetest couple to me. They wanted to sell their beautiful home that they had custom built in Cedar Mill because they felt that it was time to downsize. They prepped their home beautifully, we marketed it well, and it sold in the first weekend for $100k more than what it was listed for. Remember, this was 2021. Lots of activity!

After their home was sold, they continued to search for that perfect next home with specific criteria…”we need a place to store our kayaks”. Over the past 4 1/2 years, we have toured Lord knows how many homes. They just couldn’t agree on any specific one.

That is, until now. This home checked off all the boxes. The sellers were wonderful people to work with. We were able to beat out two other offers and negotiate quite a bit off of our initial offer. They are thrilled, and so am I!

During this time of working with this wonderful couple, I have loved getting to know them. We have spent many hours together laughing and learning about each other. I know this is not goodbye, but I am going to miss seeing them on the regular. They are basically family at this point.

Even my dad knew who they were from my talking with him about business. He was always on the hunt for a home for them and would often send me listings he thought they might like, up until he passed. I know my dad is smiling in heaven. WE DID IT! 🐻🏡
