I’m sitting with leaders of MAJOR companies (EY, JPMorgan, Dell, IBM, Microsoft, and more) *and* small companies *and* nonprofits - all who recognize neurodiversity as a competitive advantage, all creating or refining their company’s Autism @ Work programs. Industry leaders are ready to leverage our kids’ unique talents and are building environments for their success.
