Community colleges are increasing the number and scale of programs designed for these students and are becoming the training pipelines that connect them to employers.

So fortunate to do THIS work at RIT with colleagues who GET IT!

Employers often focus on neurodiverse candidates' perceived deficits. They underestimate the competitive advantages we bring to the table.

Industry leaders are ready to leverage our kids’ unique talents and are building environments for their success.
