Athlete Highlight!!
Londynn Williams is a Junior, is a member of the RHS National Championship Cheer Team, and an All-State Cheerleader. We’re proud of her openness to participate at the Munsey Mash, especially considering she only found out about it a week and a half before! She’s an outstanding athlete and had a great first meet! We can’t wait to see what she can do next year with some actual preparation!
Londynn competed in the 16-17 year old, 56kg/123lb class and finished First! She also was awarded the Best Overall Female Squat in the entire meet!!
Londynn’s Final Back Squat was 100kg/220.5lbs, an Oregon and National Record, and best among females at the Munsey Mash.
Londynn’s Final Bench Press was 50kg/110.2lbs, an Oregon and National Record.
Londynn’s Final Deadlift was 92.5kg/203.9lbs, an Oregon and National Record.
Londynn’s Total was 242.5kg/534.6lbs, also an Oregon and National Record.
For those counting, that’s 4 Oregon State Records AND 4 National Records, in ONE day!!!
Londynn had the judges and other competitors talking, this is just the beginning for her!!

Konner competed in the 75kg/165lb weight class at the Munsey Mash Powerlifting competition and placed First!
