DID SOMEONE’S STAR SHINE FOR YOU TODAY? Employee Silver Star Program is designed to recognize an Employee who has gone above and beyond and made a difference in your loved ones life/day as well as yours. We encourage you to complete a Silver Star form for the Employee(s) you would like to recognize. Forms are kept in the lobby for easy access. There are a few drop
boxes to put your Silver Star into. They are located:

By the Lobby Exit door hanging above the sign in book
By the Silver Star Board in the Lobby
By the Exit door in the CSL Common area next to the Ombudsman Poster.
By the Entry Door of Whoopsy Daisy, Classroom II

We strongly encourage you to complete the form prior to leaving, At the monthly All Staff Meeting the Silver Stars are read to the Team. Those who receive Silver Stars are then entered into a drawing for Employee of the Month!! If their name is drawn they will receive $500.00.

It’s a great way to recognize those employees who have made a difference by
going above and beyond.
