💙💛 Leadership Training School 💛💙
Red Bud FFA spent the evening at Marissa High School for Section 22 Leadership Training School (LTS)! 🌟
Section 22 President Rylee Klingeman and her team of Section Officers organized engaging team-building activities and leadership workshops for FFA members from across the section.
We were also excited to hear from Illinois State Officers Haven Cash and Owen Rigg as they shared their leadership experiences and challenged members to continue growing as leaders!
We’re always looking for ways to strengthen our members’ leadership skills and give them opportunities to lead, connect, and grow! 💙💛

Goats, chickens, ducks, rabbits… oh my! 🐐🐔🦆🐰
On Monday, Red Bud FFA members brought a little bit of the fair to the residents at Garden Place during their Fair Days celebration!
Our members shared the joy of a petting zoo, listened to stories about residents’ experiences with livestock and attending fairs across the state, and enjoyed all the classic fair treats—lemonade, popcorn, and cotton candy! 🍿🍭
It was a fun-filled afternoon that brought back some wonderful fair memories and reminded us how special it is to share our love of agriculture with others. We loved spending time with the residents and making memories together!

16 of our FFA Greenhands (1st-year FFA members) had an amazing time at SIUC’s Greenhand Conference! 🌱

They participated in team-building and leadership activities, connected with some of the Illinois State FFA Officers, and enjoyed a warm welcome from Dr. Kristina Boone, Dean of Agricultural Sciences.

We’re proud of these young leaders and all they’re learning as they begin their FFA journey! 💪🌾

Red Bud FFA is looking for community members to present for our monthly Beneficial Breakfast events! The goal of our Beneficial Breakfasts are to give students a little more knowledge on a specific topic that isn’t generally talked about much, or they wouldn’t otherwise be taught. If you work in one of these areas or have specific knowledge enough to where you feel confident contact us!! 💙💛

- WHAT: a short presentation (30 mins) about the quick basics of a topic
- WHEN: 7:30-8:00am
- WHO: an industry professional or confident expert
