WDTC summer hours have begun. Campus doors open Monday-Friday at 7:30 a.m. Business hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday-Thursday, with early closing at 12:30 p.m. on June 12, June 26, July 10, July 17, and July 24. The college will be closed in observance of Juneteenth on June 19 and Independence Day on July 3.

Congratulations to the Medical Laboratory Technician Class of 2026!

It is with great sadness we learned of the passing of Roger Stevens, a longtime Corporate Education Truck Driving Instructor and CDL Examiner. Roger led our Professional Truck Driving program for 15+ years before retiring in 2015. He continued serving as a third-party CDL examiner and part-time instructor until earlier this year.

We share the following on behalf of WDTC’s Corporate Education Center:"In his time at WDTC, Roger taught hundreds of students to safely drive all types of commercial vehicles. His past students often comment on how much they learned from him and how well prepared they were for their truck driving career. Even after he retired he always made himself available to help out or provide guidance when needed."

WDTC students competed among the nation’s best at the 2026 SkillsUSA National Leadership & Skills Conference, and the results were outstanding. Recent Plumbing Technology graduate Anton Allen earned a national championship with a gold medal in Plumbing, while several other WDTC students also had excellent competition outcomes.
