I’ll be out of town, so Gentle Yoga at the Kaliseum will be canceled on Monday, June 15 and Monday, June 22.

Looking to get your yoga fix? Join us for Community Yoga in the Park every Wednesday at 9:00 AM at Railroad Park (by the pavilion) in Kalkaska.
This class is donation-based, all levels are welcome, and everyone is invited. Bring a mat, some water and a friend!

Updated Weekly Yoga Schedule at Kaliseum 🌿
MONDAY — Gentle Yoga | 10:00am—Slow, supportive movement focused on mobility, breath, and relaxation.
TUESDAY — Energized Flow | 5:00pm—An uplifting flow to build strength, movement, and energy.
THURSDAY — Weekly Reset | 4:30pm—A grounding practice to stretch, unwind, and reset for the weekend.
Additional community offerings and pop-up classes will be announced separately throughout the summer ☀️

Every time you step onto your mat, you’re invited to observe rather than perform. Instead of striving to perfect a pose, notice what your body, breath, and mind are communicating. Some days that lesson is strength, other days it’s patience or rest. When we stop performing and start listening, yoga becomes less about achievement—and more about awareness.
