We are authorized to effectively train, graduate, and graduate men and women of God to carry the gospel of Jesus Christ into our world. VISION HISTORY
In 1974, Vision began operations in both Tasmania, Australia and San Diego, California. Dr. Ken Chant, founder of Vision Bible College, began teaching in Launceston, Tasmania. At the same time, Dr. Joseph Bohac and
Dr. Stan DeKoven founded the Logo
s Institute, a training program for local churches in practical ministry and counseling. In 1977, Dr. Chant moved his school to Sydney, Australia, joining Pastor Allan Langstaff, where the Vision Bible College program grew. Logos Institute continued to operate as a counseling training center, and Dr. DeKoven continued to study psychology and theology. Since 1990, Vision has expanded its influence around the world, establishing resource centers on every continent. Vision now has its own online learning system, provides curriculum to Bible colleges around the world through our World Zone leaders in multiple languages, and continues to train 21st century leaders to take the Word to the world.
