⭐️Why I needed to scrap my personal page and create this page… in one word AUTHENTICITY⭐️
For a long time, I’ve lived at the intersection of healing, entrepreneurship, motherhood, spirituality, nervous-system work, community building, and real life.
As a therapist, a businss owner and woman on her own healing path, I’ve learned that true transformation doesn’t happen in theory. It happens in how we live moment to moment. How we breathe. How we show up. How we set boundaries and do relationships. It’s in how we reconnect to ourselves after being overwhelmed, disconnected, or hurt.
I created Regulated & Real because I wanted a space where I could show up FULLY — not just professionally, not just personally, but honestly and integrating ALL PARTS OF (neurodivergent) ME. A place where my mind, body, and spirit meet. Where healing isn’t something I “do” as a profession but more how I live and breathe the practice daily in my own world and I hope that inspires others to do the same in their own lives.
Here, I’ll be sharing real conversations, exactly what is on my heart, i’ll share nervous-system wisdom, spiritual reflections, wellness practices, the science of health and behind-the-scenes moments from my life and work, and the evolving vision of The Triangle Healing Center and the campus we are building!
This is a space for learning and unlearning.
For regulation and growth.
For empowerment and compassion.
For remembering who you are beneath survival mode.
