Hi, I’m Trish — a BCBA and mom who believes that behavior support shouldn’t be overwhelming, confusing, or only for kids with diagnoses.

At Bailey Behavior Consulting, I help families understand the why behind behavior so they can respond with compassion, confidence, and calm.

Every day, I’m reminded of why I love what I do. I get to walk alongside families and individuals and provide supports they need. I also have the privilege to make ABA accessible in ways that matter most. Too often, financial hurdles or diagnosis labels stand in the way of families receiving the help they deserve. My heart lies in breaking down those barriers and bring practical, compassionate services where they’re needed—without limits.

Grateful for the chance to serve, to empower, and to remind families that ABA is for life, not just for a diagnosis

What are your favorite fall activities? I for one am very excited for pumpkin cheesecake and all the fam coffees. May be slightly controversial but I’m not a pumpkin spice latte fan.

This means families can use their Education Student Accounts (ESA+) funds to access our services and supports.
