Ran intermediate pistol today, focuses on all drills, shooting from the draw other than Support hand only shooting, which is from compressed ready. Six motivated students that made great progress from start to finish all had some takeaways of fundamentals to refine and work on. Overall, these guys did great!

Met a few friends today to Put in some work at OnPoint - ran the charging drill again, vid posted next.

Yesterday ran Basic AR class (three students) then Intermediate AR right after (only the one student). Great day of passing on some knowledge - for the record, the young lady has only just been getting into shooting within the last year and only just recently introduced to the AR platform. This was her first formal class with an AR. All students did well today. Afterwards, ran the Drill of the Month from the NC Goon Gaggle page/group - props to Sean Martin and Lara Kozak for running it as well. I had a better run/hit factor the last time I ran it (3.46) though still have the rest of the month to work on improving that hit factor.

Had the opportunity to hit my old haunt again, Frontline Defense, ran a number of drills including my old stand-by, The Humbler. Not unhappy with the results/Hit Factor BUT shooting for all A-zone hits (yes, pun intended!)

Monthly two gun match today in Burlington, 53 competitors and I scored/ranked 25th. Definitely well improved from last month when I was 38th, but always room to improve more. Great day with some great shooters!

Good eveing all, ran the Drill of the Month (NC Goon Gaggle page/group) today with fellow goons Ben Martin and Aaron Miller. First time running it for all of us. Great drill and once again, props to Mike Jones for giving us this torture lol. This was my best of three runs today, definite room for improvement though I’ll take this as a good start
