We work to help ease the transition to the Poole College environment for all of the college's first-year and transfer students.
The Poole College of Management Peer Leaders are comprised of a group of about 40 sophomores, juniors, and seniors who exhibit exceptional leadership skills at NC State University. After a selection process which involves an application and group interview, each leader is required to take a one-credit-hour leadership course.
