Less is more when it comes to your wardrobe
Do you find yourself shopping for different occasions and events, only to realize that you have too many clothes and nothing to wear?
This is the start of decision fatigue AKA "I HAVE NOTHING TO WEAR!"
A streamlined wardrobe is one that is curated with intention, with pieces that are versatile and can be mixed and matched for different occasions.
By having a smaller wardrobe, you can save time and money, reduce clutter, and even help the environment by consuming less.
Here are some tips to help you streamline your wardrobe:
✨1. Focus on quality over quantity: Invest in quality pieces that will last longer and can be worn in different ways.
✨2. Choose versatile pieces: Instead of buying a "work shirt", buy a shirt you can wear to work, on a date, or to the park. Look for items that can be dressed up or down and can be worn for multiple occasions.
✨3. Stick to a color palette: Choose a few colors that you love and build your wardrobe around them. This will make it easier to mix and match pieces.
✨4. Donate or sell what you don't need: If you haven't worn something in a year, it's time to let it go. Donate or sell items that no longer serve you.
By streamlining your wardrobe, you can simplify your life and focus on what really matters.

Secret to shopping for new clothing WITHOUT the regret 👇🏾
Are you tired of buying clothes that you like, only to realize the next week you actually don't like them?
The problem starts with the fact that you don't have a defined personal style.
Without a clear idea of what works for you and your body type, it's easy to be attracted to items that don't actually suit you.
But don't worry, there's a solution! 😉✨
By developing a personal style, you can make better shopping decisions that will lead to less regrets and less returns
Meaning more money and time saved, AND more confidence from your wardrobe!💁🏾♀️
Here are some tips to get started:
✏️1. Define your personal style: Take some time to reflect on what you like and what suits you. Look for inspiration in fashion blogs, magazines, or social media, and try to identify common themes or elements that you are drawn to.
✏️2. Consider your body type: Not all clothes are created equal, and what looks good on someone else might not work for you. Learn to dress for your body type by understanding your proportions, your best features, and your areas of concern.
✏️3. Shop with intention: Once you have a clear idea of your personal style and your body type, you can make better shopping decisions. Focus on items that fit your criteria, and don't be swayed by trends or impulse buys.
Remember, developing a personal style takes time and effort, but it's worth it in the long run. By investing in clothes that truly suit you, you'll feel more confident, comfortable, and stylish! ✨

5 ways you can prep for shopping to avoid feeling overwhelmed🛍️
As much as everyone tries to hype up shopping, it can be very stressful especially when you're not sure what to look for.
It's important that you properly prep for shopping so that you aren't wasting your time or money, and you aren't getting frustrated during the process
Fortunately for you, there are a few things you can do to have a more successful shopping experience
✨PERSONAL STYLE: The reason you aren't sure what to buy is that you haven't taken the time to define what your style is.
Defining your personal style gives you a more clear range of clothing to choose from when shopping
✨INSPIRATION: Early on after defining your personal style, you may not have many pieces in your wardrobe to work with. This is why your style inspiration is key!
Before shopping, you want to review your style inspiration so that you have an idea of what styles to gravitate toward and what to avoid.
✨BODY TYPE: Understanding your body type when shopping will bring you an entirely new experience!
Knowing your body and what best fits it will save you stress and guesswork when shopping
✨SHOPPING LIST: Before going shopping, try creating a shopping list to guide you on what to purchase
Shopping lists save so much time, and again you won't need to guess what you need to purchase because you'll already have a planned list
✨TAKE INVENTORY: Not many people do this, but taking inventory of your wardrobe before shopping will help you out in the long run
Instead of buying things and wondering how you will style them, review your wardrobe first to take a mental note of what you already own so that when you shop you can have those options in mind
Before your next shopping trip be sure to define your style, review your inspiration, understand your body type, create a shopping list, and take inventory of your wardrobe!
Shopping doesn't have to be stressful, so with these tips, I hope you can have more fun and successful shopping experiences!

The one thing I stopped doing once I defined my personal style and became a style confidence coach...
I stopped shopping for occasional pieces
Before defining my personal style my most expensive wardrobe items were formal dresses I'd wear only once for my birthday or for a special event.
Now when I shop for formal pieces, I buy them with the thought of how I can get the most use out of them.
Many people in the fashion industry will tell you to never be seen in the same outfit twice...
Well, I'll be the one to tell you the opposite!
There are multiple ways to style an item, and if you can only think of one way of styling, I'd recommend you skip out on that purchase.
If you want to get the most use out of your wardrobe you should be investing the most in pieces you plan to wear most often, not just when a special occasion comes around!
Anytime I make a wardrobe purchase no matter the size, I always ask myself these 3 questions:
1️⃣ How many options do you have for styling?
2️⃣ Will you like this piece a year from now?
3️⃣ Can this piece be worn to the different occasions within your lifestyle?
If I can answer yes to each of these questions, then I feel comfortable making the investment.
If you want to know how you can invest in your wardrobe without purchasing new clothing, sign up for a reminder and join me on live tomorrow where I will be discussing this topic!

4 things you should know to prevent wasting money on another clothing item👇🏾
Do you find that when you bring your clothes home from the store, your feeling about them changed than when you were in the store?
Maybe you look in the mirror and realize it doesn’t fit you as you thought...
Or maybe worse, you just don’t like it? 😩
In business, that's called buyer's remorse but in fashion, it's simply a lack of knowledge about your personal style and body type.
So, what can you do to assure that every piece you buy will be worn and loved?
🛍Make sure your lifestyle aligns with the pieces you're purchasing
🛍Discover your very own personal style
🛍Learn about your body type
🛍Create a detailed shopping plan
🤔I’m curious, which one do you struggle with the most? Comment below!⬇️

The only woman you should be trying to impress is yourself💅🏽
Because at the end of the day If you're not dressing like yourself, then who are you dressing to be?
When you choose to wear clothes based on your personal preference and what you love, you're choosing to show up for yourself.
A big part of stepping towards confidence in how you dress is knowing that you chose it for YOU and nobody else!
One of the best ways to nail this is by finding your personal style.
