Just unboxed our starter pack! I’ve talked about doing this ever since the kitcats were lil babies and we finally decided to kick it off! Løve has been feeling better since his new medication and he’s been really chatty but we can’t tell if he is just constantly asking for more food (The boy LOVES to eat!) or if he is trying to tell us something else. He loves to use his paws to get attention so I have high hopes that he’ll take to the buttons. Chan has also shown a lot of anxious behaviors over the last year so I hope her curiousity will motivate her to try the buttons so we can better understand her too. Stay tuned!

Aggie is a long-time member of the pack and I love seeing this golden girl each week. 💜

The reprieve from the brutal heat made me want to actually cook and have dinner on the porch!💚 I threw together some pasta with leftovers of broccoli and roasted chicken. Add some garlic, butter, olive oil, freshly grated Parmesan, fresh basil from the back porch. Top it off with a drizzle of aged balsamic. Lemme tell y’all something… I don’t REALLY cook often but when I do it’s 👩🏻‍🍳🤌🏻 To really make it special, I decided to try and recreate the unforgettable Limoncello spritz I had at a while back. 🥰

Took the to today to meet Dr. Reeves. Thanks for the recommendation ! She was wonderful! The most expensive alley-cat is back on steroids and now an immune suppressant. As expected, Lulu likely has an autoimmune disorder like his Mama (me, not his actual mom) and will likely need to be medicated for the rest of his life. But I am very excited to be going on this journey with Dr. Reeves and Kindred Heart. They seem absolutely wonderful! 😻

Here's a heads up about our holiday hours! Please note that on Christmas Eve Ale's Kitchen will be closing at 7pm but the taproom will still be open for drinks! Then on New Years Eve the kitchen will switch to a late night limited food menu from 8pm-midnight. Stop by and see us, and have a wonderful holiday!
