Central Raleigh CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) is a group of citizens trained to help in emergencies. We serve the downtown Raleigh area.
Central Raleigh CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) are citizens specially-trained to respond during emergencies. We offer FREE emergency training classes (basic first aid, basic firefighting, search and rescue, and more) on a regular basis. This group serves the downtown Raleigh area.

We encourage families to take time , this holiday season, to create/review/update your family emergency and safety preparedness planning! CERT offers many skills trainings through Citizen Corps , NC Emergency Management, and other Triangle Area agencies, to help empower you to keep yourself , family, and community safe and better prepared.
Our next meeting will in in 2019, Thursday, January 3rd, at Open Table church at the corner of Sasser and Bloodworth.
CERT in the Seattle area is big and well established. We haven't been involved much yet but probably will soon. We miss the Central Raleigh CERT - wonderful people!
