Persight’s founder Dr. Adam Meade was recently awarded SIOP’s Hogan award which acknowledges research that furthers the understanding of personality as it relates to job performance, and illustrates innovation and excellence in the field of industrial-organizational psychology.
The winning paper, which uses Persight’s proprietary rapid response technology as its basis, was published in Organizational Research Methods, in 2020. It was written by Meade, Pappalardo, Braddy, and Fleenor. Fleenor and Braddy were at the Creative Center for Leadership (CCL) at the time. Pappalardo was in the psychometrics lab at NC State.
SIOP is the world's leading organization for assessment in the workplace and has a mix of practitioners working with Fortune 500 companies and organizations around the world as well as the world's leading academics studying selection and assessment.
