Wake County’s November real estate numbers are in, and they tell a familiar late-fall story. Activity slowed as expected heading into the cooler months, with fewer transactions, softer lending activity, and a dip in overall dollar volume compared to October. That seasonal pause, however, didn’t translate to weaker pricing. 💪

🏡 Home values held steady—and even ticked up at the median—underscoring a market that remains balanced despite quieter conditions. In other words, November delivered less motion but maintained its footing on price.
