Countdown is on. AAU Karate National Championships will take place June 30 thru July 4. To prepare TBK Team will train 3 times a week, Tu and Th in regular classes, and Saturdays June 6, 13, 20, and 27, 10 AM - 11:30 AM. Satuday practices are open to any AAU Athlete who wants to tune up kobudo, kata, or kumite. Our "Road the the '26 nationals' is an AAU licensed event. No fee, open to AAU members ages 6 and up. Just show up ready to show your best.

New class format for Saturdays, 9 AM. Free Community Class.
This class offers a whole body workout through karate and boxing drills at a more casual pace. Current members at any rank may invite a family member, friend, or guest. Newcomers to Best Karate are welcome for an Evaluation/Trial class, and be ready to laugh and sweat. As the name says, this will be offered weekly as a free class to our community.
Proper Attire: Gi pants and a T-shirt, or a T-shirt and joggers/shorts, with no shoes or sneakers. Jewelry should be removed for safety, and long hair and bangs tied back.
