Creative Conditioning offers both personal training and group classes to help individuals achieve a high level of strength and cardiovascular fitness.
Personal Trainer/Group Strength Coach: Develop and implement a fitness and healthy lifestyle program for a variety of Personal Training and Group Class participants utilizing the 10 principles of fitness; as well as create a positive and encouraging environment in which clients can train in order to maximize results and goal achievement.
1. Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance – The ability of bo
dy systems to gather, process, and deliver oxygen.
2. Stamina – The ability of body systems to process, deliver, store, and utilize energy.
3. Strength – The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply force.
4. Flexibility – The ability to maximize the range of motion at a given joint.
5. Power – The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply maximum force in minimum time.
6. Speed – The ability to minimize the time cycle of a repeated movement.
7. Coordination – The ability to combine several distinct movement patterns into a singular distinct movement.
8. Agility – The ability to minimize transition time from one movement pattern to another.
9. Balance – The ability to control the placement of the bodies center of gravity in relation to its support base
10. Accuracy – The ability to control movement in a given direction or at a given intensity. Current clients include first time exercisers, pregnant moms, breast cancer survivors, professional athletes, Thai boxers and Mixed Martial Artists. Thai Boxing Coach: Develop and implement a program for fighters emphasizing the offensive/defensive/ and conditioning skills needed to be successful in the ring. Create a synergistic team training environment in order to enhance and elevate the skills of each fighter
Self-defense Instructor: Educate clients on the skills and awareness needed for everyday self-defense. Addressing both the mental and physical aspects of self-defense by providing daily drills to sharpen these new skill sets.
