We are happy to announce the TWO recipients of this year's Witt Beauchamp Dietetic Internship Scholarship Award, Erika Rathke & Jessica Patterson. Erika completed a BS in Public Health from UNC-Greensboro and an MS in Nutrition at Meredith College. Jessica completed a BS and MS in Nutrition & Dietetics from NC A&T University.

Giften by Celia Witt Beauchamp '78 and Chad Lewis Beauchamp, this scholarship is awarded each year to support a dietetic intern student who is aspiring to practice dietetics and become a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist.
