During our Adult Learner Leadership Working Session, our team took time to examine how our systems, processes, and partnerships support adult learners.

It was a day filled with thoughtful conversations, collaboration, and new ideas as we continue working to better serve our community and support student success.

We’re excited to see The Vintage Teapot featured and proud to highlight our Special Event Planning and Production certificate through our Workforce Training.

Owner Haylie-Jo Wiltshire completed the program and now co-owns a business creating English tea-inspired tablescapes and memorable events across our community. From creative vision to client experience, this article is a great example of how workforce training can help turn passion into opportunity.

What an inspiring day with the North Carolina Retired Governmental Employees' Association!

Wake Tech Workforce was honored to share information about the power of lifelong learning and the opportunities that continue long after retirement. From exploring new technology to building fresh skills and pursuing personal passions, today was proof that learning never stops.

It’s never too late to grow, connect, and discover something new — and these retirees continue to lead the way with their curiosity and enthusiasm for learning!

This week, our Public Safety Education Campus (PSEC) is glowing blue in honor of National Police Week.

From dusk to dawn, the campus is illuminated to recognize and remember the law enforcement officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty while protecting our communities.

National Police Week is a time to honor the service, sacrifice, and dedication of officers and their families across the country. We are proud to stand alongside our local public safety partners, showing support this week.

If you’re nearby, we encourage you to drive by in the evening and see the beautiful blue lights in person.

During National Nurses Week, it’s especially meaningful to be part of conversations that support and strengthen the healthcare workforce. We are so thankful for the nurses and healthcare professionals who care for our community every day!
