As Turkish Student Association at NC State University, we will commemorate the great leader Mustafa Kemal Ataturk at Stafford Commons at 9:05am tomorrow.

We will show our respects with a minute of silence followed by candle lighting in front of the portrait of Ataturk.

We welcome everyone to this important and meaningful event. We kindly ask you to arrive at Stafford Commons before 9am for you to not miss the minute of silence.

Mark your calendars! The Turkish Student Association at NC State is organizing a dinner & iftar in Fountain Dining Hall on April 22, 2022, to celebrate National Sovereignty and Children's Day of Turkey. This event will be a public event, so do not hesitate to bring your friends and spread the word! Join us this Friday to taste a fabulous menu of Turkish food for 10.60$ + tax!

We had our "Welcome Back Spring" event with people from all around the world! After an evening with food, music, Turkish cultural dance and lots of fun, we are ready to tackle the Spring Semester!

Turkish Student Association at NC State University is having a welcome back meeting for Spring 2022! The event will be in Talley Student Union, Room 4280 on Saturday, February 5th at 6pm.

Turkish dishes will be served.

Today is Ataturk Memorial Day. Mustafa Kemal Ataturk was born in 1881 and died on November 10, 1938. He is the founder of the Republic of Turkey and the owner of a lot of revolutions. He was a great soldier, a leader, a teacher, a politician, and much more.

We do commemorate Mustafa Kemal Ataturk with respect.

Today is the day Turkish people celebrate the foundation of the Republic of Turkey. On this very day 98 years ago, founding father of Turkey Mustafa Kemal Atatürk has declared that Turkey was henceforth a republic. Happy republic day to all Turkish people!

Hello everyone! We are very excited to announce our first event as the new board of TSA! Let's celebrate Turkish Republic Day at Talley Student Union Room 4280 on October 29 between 7:00-8:30 pm. This is the day Turkish people celebrate the foundation of the Republic of Turkey on that very day in 1923.

Due to Covid-19, there is limited seating available. So please do not forget to RSVP from go.ncsu.edu/tsa29ekim21 until October 22, 5 pm!

Please join to TSA at NC State today at 4:30-6:00pm for Turkish dinner at NC State University Fountain Dining hall ( too many delicious Turkish food including Simit, made by Turkuaz Market). Then, please walk over to Witherspoon Cinema for Ayla movie.

Dining hall regular price is $9.65

TSA at NC State presents the Wild Pear Tree (Aglat Agaci), directed by Nuri Bilge Ceylan on October, 5th at 4pm. DJ and Turkish food will follow the movie. It is a free entry and RSVP required. Donations are greatly appreciated.
