From solar installer to operator: the skills gap no one talks about. Installing a system is one skillset, operating and maintaining it over time is another. 💡
As more projects come online, professionals who understand how systems perform, degrade, and fail in real-world conditions are better equipped to support long-term system success. That's where strong operations and maintenance knowledge becomes critical.
We're offering a 2-day, hands-on O&M training focused on real-world skills:
⚡ Performance evaluation & data collection
⚡ Arc flash safety requirements
⚡ Ground fault detection
⚡ Thermal imaging & IV curve tracing
⚡ Fuse servicing and field diagnostics
This course is built for professionals who want to catch issues early, reduce downtime, and operate PV systems with confidence - not just install them.
Register now to join us in-person in Raleigh, NC, on June 9-10, 2026!
