Monday night class with Master David Ng, Sifu Ian Winek and Sifu Ken Krulik. After a two week break students were back at it working kicks, hand drills snd as applications followed by Tai Chi ward off techniques. Great night of training.

New chapter begins! March 2, 2026

Thanks to all my students on our last week of classes and today's last day February 28th, 2026 for the end of our 26 years at this location. Total operation for almost 34 years total at our different spaces since 1992.

Moving on to the next chapter and iteration of the school, with a pared down schedule, no longer accepting new students... heading towards partial retirement from running martial arts classes.

Congratulations to our newest Blue Belt, Ethan. And our newest Brown Belt, Oscar (the young man in the middle) - both had a strong 6 1/2 hour test wrapping up with some hard sparring! Well done Gentlemen!
