We still have a few more weeks of the 25-26 school year to go, but we were super excited to welcome our incoming Kindergarten families tonight! 💙🐸💙

This evening’s Teacher of the Year banquet gave us one more opportunity to celebrate Mrs. Howard for her recognition as a WCPSS Finalist for Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Howard truly embodies this year’s theme of “excellence in bloom” as she lovingly supports the growth of her students and our school community. We are so proud of you, Mrs. Howard!! 💐

We are thrilled to have our very own Nicole Simpson named as the 2026 WCPSS School Counselor of the year! Her vision, hard work, and dedication have been paramount in building our culture of love and support at Barton Pond. Our Barton Pond Staff spent the morning refining our processes and procedures to end the year strong and plan for a successful start to the 26-27 school year.
