Whenever we are trying to heal, change, grow, and learn, there's always something we have to leave behind.
We must release the past to heal.
We must eliminate old beliefs to change.
We must shed our old self to grow.
We must let go of what we thought we knew to learn.
By doing the musts, we are creating room for the magic of our work to happen.
It always helps to check in with ourselves and ask, "What am I holding so tightly that is keeping me stuck?"
