The NEATT Collaborative + Spectrum Scholars

🌱The NEATT Collaborative and Spectrum Scholars are growing, and we are seeking qualified, dependable on-call substitutes to support our programs as needed.

🤝This is an opportunity to work across two collaborative schools supporting school-age neurodivergent learners in neuroaffirming, student-centered environments.

👀Who We’re Looking For

🧠We welcome applicants with professional or personal experience supporting neurodivergent learners, including:

• RBTs and behavioral professionals
• Special education professionals and educators
• College students studying education, psychology, behavior analysis, or related fields
• Parents/caregivers of neurodivergent children with relevant hands-on experience
• Individuals with experience supporting neurodivergent learners
• Experienced paraprofessionals and teaching assistants

✅Position Requirements

Position: On-Call Substitute

Applicants must:

✓ Have relevant experience supporting neurodivergent learners
✓ Have a recent, cleared background check
✓ Provide a satisfactory driving record
✓ Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, flexibility, and strong communication skills
✓ Be comfortable working as part of a collaborative school team

🎓 BCBA Field Supervision

For qualified BCBA candidates, school leadership may be able to provide field supervision opportunities as part of your professional experience.

💙 SEAL Program™ is FULL!

We are so grateful for the families who have trusted us and helped our SEAL community grow. At this time, we are at capacity and are not accepting new enrollments for the SEAL Program™. Enrollment is still open for our Life Skills Program.

We look forward to opening enrollment again in January 2027 and welcoming new families into our growing community! 🌱

The Collab You Didn’t Know You Needed. 👀💚

We’re proud to announce a new collaboration between The NEATT Collaborative × Spectrum Scholars

Christine Dias, M.S. Psychology (ABA), will be joining Spectrum Scholars as Chief Organizational Strategy Officer (COSO).

In this role, Christine will work alongside leadership to strengthen organizational systems, develop strategic frameworks, support sustainable growth, and help ensure that safety, student needs, and operational excellence remain at the center of decision making.

But this is about more than one role.

We’re also beginning the formation of The NEATT Foundation for Educational Access, focused on expanding educational opportunities and reducing barriers for neurodivergent learners and their families.

This is bigger than one program.
Bigger than one school.
And bigger than one organization.

It’s about creating pathways to meaningful educational access, building stronger systems, and creating a future with intention.

We’re not just building something new.
We’re building what comes next.🌱

Wow!! We had such an awesome time celebrating Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-Fil-A! It was a truly beautiful opportunity to watch our learners generalize their skills in the community, proving that with the right support, anything is possible. Seeing the individuals of the Life Skills Program confidently make food choices, order, manage their payments, and connect so naturally with staff and customers was incredibly moving. They maintained excellent etiquette while eating out, showcasing the dedication and hard work they put into their growth every single day. A super cool bonus was the excitement on their faces when the Chick-Fil-A cow made a surprise appearance—a sweet reminder of the magic in these milestone moments. Much appreciation to the amazing staff at Chick-Fil-A, Peakway in Apex for fostering such an inclusive and welcoming environment for our learners to shine.

Ms Zippora brings over 10 years of wonderful experience in human services, providing heartfelt support to individuals with I/DD across life, vocational, and communication skills.
