The last writing prompt of the school year asked our learners to reflect on: “What are the top 3 things that made you happy this year?” ❤️
Reading their responses reminded us that growth looks different for every learner and sometimes the biggest moments are found in the things that matter most to them.
One learner’s top memories? Goats visiting school for Valentine’s Day, Nick from SBA, improving our basketball skills (yes, sword fighting made the list too ⚔️😊), and learning long division with support and persistence.
And yes, Ms. Dias did meet up with her over the weekend to support getting her ears pierced. Sometimes success means trying something more than once, building trust, and having people beside you who believe you can do hard things.
At The NEATT Collaborative, we celebrate the academics and the moments that build confidence, connection, and courage. Seeing a learner write, “I had a great year!” is the kind of feedback that means everything. 💛
Sometimes the biggest wins are confidence, connection, sword fights, and finally understanding long division. ✨ Goodbye 2025-2026 School year it was a real one✌️, hello summer. 😎

Volunteering at CORRAL has proven to be a highly beneficial experience for learners in the Life Skills Program, with paper shredding being a standout activity. By harnessing individual strengths and preferences, learners have made significant strides in developing their job skills. The hands-on paper shredding activity provides a range of benefits, including the tactile experience of removing staples and paper clips, the visual and auditory experience of papers being torn apart, and the sense of accomplishment that comes with witnessing the paper pile dwindle. Notably, learners have demonstrated impressive growth in their work stamina, with some able to sustain focus for up to 1.5 hours!

The SEAL™ Program is not our learners’ forever place, it is their safe space.❤️
It is where they learn to become the best versions of themselves while closing academic gaps, building confidence, and developing the skills needed to thrive. At SEAL™, we firmly believe in learners experiencing their least restrictive setting and growing toward greater independence.
This year, I am incredibly proud to announce our very first SEAL™ graduate👩🎓. After three years, she is ready to spread her wings. While this chapter is ending, it is not goodbye. 🥹
At SEAL™, our doors and hearts remain open. If a learner is not quite ready for the world, or if the world is not yet ready for our learner, they always have a safe place to return to. Sometimes growth means trying again, regrouping, and building confidence before taking the next step.
Because in life, sometimes we need more than one try before we are truly ready. ❤️
If your child has not yet found their safe space, there is another way. SEAL™ may be the difference your family has been searching for. Do not delay, reach out today.

📈 Growth should be measurable. Not guessed. Not assumed. Measured.
This graph represents a SEAL™ learner’s academic growth across multiple testing periods. Behind every data point is intentional instruction, co regulation, consistency, trust, and a learner who was taught how to keep going even when learning felt hard.
At SEAL™ we do not rely on “I think they’re doing better.”
We collect real data. We monitor growth. We adjust instruction. We look at the whole learner academically, socially, emotionally, and behaviorally.
Data matters.
Relationships matter.
Co regulation matters.
And when all three work together, learners grow. 💛
The SEAL™ program is currently enrolling for the 2026–2027 school year. The SEAL™ program currently provides instruction for learners in 3rd–8th grade. If your child is not thriving in their current setting, there is another way. Don’t delay support while waiting for things to magically improve. Student-centered interventions, intentional supports, and the right environment matter.
