Now that we are back from "spring break," I have a bunch of pictures of food that my students have made these past 2 weeks. I love hearing from them! I love that they are cooking at home and enjoying it! I love sharing their accomplishments with all of you!

I posted some videos, but the comment I wrote didn't go with them. The videos are food that my student, Alissa, has been making these past few weeks of home instruction. I am so proud of her - she wrote that now she just goes through the refrigerator and uses whatever is there to cook a meal. She is doing a great thing for her family; she is nurturing them and comforting them with good food. This is why I teach culinary; my heart is so happy :)
