Back at it with our posts! lol After going on a few runs this summer and running with friends and run groups, I noticed that we're all trying to get in shape and stay healthy; however, some of us, including myself, didn't know quite all of the scientific benefits that we have with doing cardio, such as running.
With that being said, we wanted to share from a scientific perspective, additional benefits of running that you may or may not have known. If you do know, that's awesome, and we encourage you to keep doing so. However, share with a friend and comment below if you have any additional advice as a runner on the benefits of running. We'd love to hear from you as well!

What’s good y’all! I’m Nafees Norris, and I’m excited to welcome you to our page. For those who don’t know me, I’m a cell culture scientist and the founder of Nafees Innovations LLC. I’m also proud to be the first African American to earn a degree in biopharmaceutical process engineering. My passion? Making science not just fun but easy to understand, especially for young people! 🙌🏾💯

About My Business:

At Nafees Innovations LLC, we’re dedicated to simplifying complex science concepts and making them relatable. We teach kids and teens about biopharmaceuticals, bioprocessing, and cell culture by connecting these ideas to everyday experiences, like cooking. My mission is to inspire more diversity in STEM by showing how cool and accessible science truly is.🧪🔬🧫🥼👨🏽‍🔬🧑🏾‍🔬
