Back at it with our posts! lol After going on a few runs this summer and running with friends and run groups, I noticed that we're all trying to get in shape and stay healthy; however, some of us, including myself, didn't know quite all of the scientific benefits that we have with doing cardio, such as running.
With that being said, we wanted to share from a scientific perspective, additional benefits of running that you may or may not have known. If you do know, that's awesome, and we encourage you to keep doing so. However, share with a friend and comment below if you have any additional advice as a runner on the benefits of running.
