I canât begin to describe the thankfulness that Iâm filled with to be back in the gym! Back in October of 2024 I went under surgery on my shoulder. This set me back and taught me lessons and really tested the person I am. It was hard to stay positive, light and in the right mood. I was unable to lift anything for 4 months and just was counting the months, weeks, days and hours to when I could get back in the gym. Ive been back in the gym for a solid month now and am seeing substantial progress. Iâm feeling stronger and motivated more than ever. Iâm back and proud to say my faith in God really kept me going! Iâm also proud to say that I will now be a personal trainer at VASA Fitness in Racine, Wi. I welcome anyone whoâs looking for another chance at their health and to break some chains! Iâm super excited to be back! Join me on my journey with VASA and my growth as a person and trainer! Thank you to everyone following and believing in me! Bless the lord đ. A life changing dieting tip is to focus on, âintuitive eatingâ. People who are good at intuitive eating. Know that lean proteins, vegetables, fruits and healthy carbohydrates. Are all foods that make them feel good. Intuitive eaters are also good at identifying their hunger signals and honoring it. Theyâre also good at identifying between stress eating and when itâs inappropriate. Theyâre also great at indulging in a ânaughty foodâ and then moving on and getting back on track. Take the steps to becoming an intuitive eater and watch your life change!
Todayâs daily tip is to eat Whole Foods. Now most people say well, Whole Foods get me super full how could this be beneficial? Getting full is the point of this, eating Whole Foods allows you to eat healthier, less and get full faster. This evaluates to muscle loss. Our food industry wants your to eat that bag of chips because it tastes great but doesnât get you full so you eat more! Get away from the snacks and eat Whole Foods!
Todayâs Daily Fitness Tip, is too be relentless. Now fitness can be a tedious process, it can be hard to get into and get going. Sometimes getting into fitness means making sacrifices. It can mean less time with your loved ones. But if you use your time well in the gym and you use fitness for the physical and mental health benefits. That time spent with your loved ones can be so much more fruitful and beautiful! If they say, âdang man, youâve changedâ that means itâs working! Take pride in who you are and who you can be! Your only enemy is you! Start grinding!!!
Todayâs Daily Tip, is too take one step at a time! You canât build Rome all at once, now I know this is a cliche. But itâs true! Itâs good too have vision and to know what your end goal is. But youâll NEVER get there if you donât take the next step!!!! That step looks different for everyone but please, take that step and love your life đŻâ€ïžđ„
Todayâs Daily Tip, is too know that there isnât ever a perfect day too start. Instead of saying , âIâll do it Tomorrowâ. Do it today!
Todayâs Daily Tip, is too Rest! Now Iâm not encouraging people too be lazy. Thatâs just working against the razor blade. This is for the people who already have an exercise program. If you workout 2-5 times a week keep reading. You will often hear people say, âall or nothingâ or âlive like Gogginsâ. Now personally I love this mentality, itâs great too be unstoppable in your journey. But rest is so key, a good rest regime is what will heal your body! Rest will allow you too heal, itâs the same reason why if you wake up for work on 4-6 hours of sleep or less. You feel horrible!!! Studies show that lack of rest takes time off your life and negatively affects you mentally and physically! When you donât rest sufficiently, youâre prone to fat gain and mental health issues developing! So rest atleast Saturday / Sunday and always try to get 7-9 hours of sleep!
Todayâs Daily Tip, is too change through self love rather than self hate. A lot of the time, people want too achieve fat loss because they hate the way they look in the mirror. This hate feeling leads too actions that donât promote longevity. Now how is that? This is because self hate motivation causes you too hit it hard and this leads to burnout. This is punishing behavior, most people eat fried wings and pizza then go and hit it hard in the gym the next day too punish themselves. Inevitably repeating the never ending cycle. When you change this perspective too self love, as you are loving that youâre changing your body. This will then evolve from a chore, too a fun task! Challenging but fun! Workout for the benefits, not because you hate your state of composition!
