The strengths section of the IEP is one of the MOST important parts! If you can’t go to the meeting and tell that team everything great about that child, you don’t know that child and you don’t deserve to be educating that child. Figure out who these kiddos are, what they’re good at, what they love, and weave it into their plans to create a document worthy of implementing.
