Well, some conversations are more fun than others...
A friend of a friend reached out, thinking about selling their house and wanting to know whatâs happening in the market right now and what to expect. I explained that itâs still a great time to sell, though homes are taking 1-2 weeks to go pending if priced right and in good condition.
After an hour and a few texts, I was surprised when she asked, "Hey! If we decided to sell For Sale By Owner, how do we know what to price our home at?"
