October scheduling is now available! Trainings will be offered Monday nights throughout the month!
Trainings on October 9th will be offered during the day as kids are out of school.

After working with a variety of young players this summer, one philosophy has become abundantly clear: include guard training for your young players regardless of their heights or skill sets. That doesn't mean leave out post work! But nearly all young players have a tougher time with footwork and ball handling on the move than from a stationary post position. And with these drills may even end up adding to your young post players' games in ways that you never imagined.
