Application Deadline is November 15th so that we can get the candidates information out for all the members to decide on voting for 2027 🗓️

Pass or fail ?

This is the score sheet for the CF shoe display.

You have all the time in the world to make these shoes and bring them to the test. Question is, are you making them correct and to passing standards to begin with? A lot of time and effort goes into this part, knowing that you are al least going in the right direction is invaluable. 

Certification instructors will show you exactly how each modification needs to be done to pass. As the saying goes…
“ pay now or pay later “.

This is one of the reasons why Per- Certification Clinic’s exist , spend the time learning to do it correctly from the beginning, and your chances of success are greatly improved.

I’m thrilled to be joining the American Farriers Association as your new Communications Admin!

I’ll be your go-to for membership questions, benefits, and chapter support, while also helping bring AFA’s social media and content to life.

A little about me—I’m a lifelong horse owner, Sweet Briar College ’23 graduate, and have experience working both alongside farriers in the barn and behind the scenes in equine office settings. Now, I’m lucky to call the heart of the Bluegrass home with my husband, three dogs, and two horses!

I’m excited to connect with AFA members across the country and hear from YOU. Have an idea, a story to share, or just want to say hello? Reach out!
