Thank you all who attended CANDLELIGHT YOGA for an incredible start to the weekend. It was a dream come true evening. We had a wonderful turnout of people, packed the room and all floated home stretched and serene.

Hi everyone! Welcome to the Upper Bucks Fitness 4 Kids page. This program was made to get kids into shape, while also having fun.
Classes will begin on May 7.*****MAY SPECIAL******** ALL CLASSES ARE ONLY $5. Our classes will include the following: Kid Fitness & Fun Class:
Aerobic fun, mixing good old fashioned kid play with high energy exertion to help kids to get fit, stay fit, and optimize their health
Kid Core Strength & Pilates Fitness Class
Kids will have fun in this class while building back and abdominal strength. A
CANDLELIGHT YOGA is tonight at 8:30.
