It’s easy to look at leadership development as “How can I get my people to produce more?” or “How can I get the right behavior out of my leaders?”

But we look at leadership development as unlocking someone’s next level for themselves first. What’s blocking them from being authentic? What have they accepted as “normal” or “just enough”? Where are they holding back?

When leaders learn to step up and build true connection on a team, unlocks massive results for every player around them.

This is what we do. We build stronger leaders and healthier teams for better business.

We’re excited to see what this fierce team is going to accomplish this season!

From Ep 43 of the Driven Leadership podcast: What comes first from leadership? Performance (hitting goals, numbers, metrics) or Chemistry (trust, accountability, teamwork)? Or rather, does each factor drive the other?

Most teams don’t have a communication problem.
They have a trust problem.

In one of our previous webinars, Mary breaks down the foundation of the Five Behaviors( built on Lencioni’s 5 Dysfunctions of a Team) and it comes down to one core pillar: Trust

-> Can I be real with you?
-> Can I say what I don’t know disagree they push back without getting used against me later?

That’s a vulnerability base trust. Without it people posture, self protect and avoid hard truths….With it, ideas move faster, and teams actually build resilience

if your team feels fine but something still off… this might be why
