Help spread the Gospel to Honduras

Night One we were blessed by the Message Pastor Phillip brought for us! Come on out tonight learnn something about missions and be blessed! Food at 4pm followed by service (6pm).

Last Mission Sunday of 2014! Preaching the Word! What it is to be a Servant of the Lord!

Our first outreach with SON-Light Community Church here in Pt. Charlotte FL. I am happy to announce that tomorrow they will be announcing Melissa and I as the new directors of missions, during Missions Sunday!

This week my wife and some of the local doctors are helping with the Ashbury Mission Group from Alabama. He is a picture from the first day.

Azacualpa & Laguna Verde, Santa Barbara Honduras. Went to visit a Church and Pastor there and to pick up a Missionary from Puerto Rico. Funny things there was a Mission group there from the states and of all places, they were from Deer Isle, Maine!

I hope all is well and the Lord continues to bless you in all that you do for His glorious Kingdom. I am contacting you because I have a unique opportunity that some of you that may be interested in. I have been contacted by Bishop Leonardo Stivenson who is the Church of God Supervisor for the Atlantic Coast of Nicaragua and also is a Pastor/Missionary there. I met Bishop Stivenson while I was in Nicaragua in October 2013, and He truly is an amazing servant of the LORD. During my time there he showed me around town and introduced me to all the Pastors of the local COG Churches there. He also allowed me the opportunity to preach one Sunday in one of the churches there. The picture below is the Church of God Tabernacle in Puerto Cabezas, Nicaragua where I preached.

Bishop Stivenson has come to me with a need that they have for their local church. Because of the relationship we formed from the time I spent with him he feels he can come to me in confidence with this petition in hopes that His brothers in Christ be able to help with this need.
They are in need of purchasing a new piece of sound equipment for their music ministry. I am looking to raise the money and purchase this piece of equipment to bless their Church. They are looking to purchase a Europower EP4000 power amp. I have found the unit here in the States and it costs $379.00, so that’s what I am trying to raise. This unit costs more than $500 in Nicaragua, making it a very large expense for them. I will be traveling back to Nicaragua in the near future and have offered to purchase the unit here in the USA as it is considerably cheaper, and plan to bring it with me when I travel next. Any extra money raised will be put as an offering to the church there in Nicaragua. I will be putting some of my own money into this but not able to cover all the cost. So that’s why I am reaching out to trusted individuals that I know in hopes that we can all come together to bless our brothers in Nicaragua.
