Remember who created you. If you have fear about birth, I hope you'll cast it aside and remember God in heaven made you and his design is perfect and made you to give birth joyfully. At one point I didn't understand why birth was so incredibly difficult and painful, after all babies are miracles right? But then I dove into hypnobirthing even with my skeptical perspective and I learned how euphoric and exilerating birth can be.

Thought Training Tuesday... this is more for myself than anything. I've been struggling after having my 4th baby and finding peace and joy has been difficult. I've delt with postpartum depression before but wasn't expecting it with this one.

I know that comparison is the their if joy and gratitude and humility will bring the peace a slice I'm searching for. I hope my little insight into myself helps you, but also if you need help there are free resources out there! PSI is a great resource for postpartum. There's amazing free groups you can join and talk to other mamas who are going through similar things. Check them out below.

One thought that I seem to come back to all the time is that there's a loving God who knows my pain as a woman, even though he's a man... 👼🧍‍♂️

The fact that Jesus Christ not only suffered for my sins but also suffered all our tribulations so he could fully comfort and know us is incredible. 🌷🌄

He knows the pain of miscarriage, the monthly pre and post menstral cramps, the after birth cramps that hurt like a bu**er. Our Savior is there for us through the pain and fear. 🫶🫂

He knows how to lead us from a place of fear to a place of faith. I hope that you can find a place of faith in your pregnancy journey and have a hopeful and beautiful time preparing for your little one. 👩‍🍼🤰

You can do anything with Christ on your side, Mama! I believe in you! 🌤🌻💗
