if you let it.

Choose your thoughts and that which you focus on, with intention.

While we can’t control what’s happening around us, we can cultivate a capacity to be with what is with more ease, joy and freedom.

Our reaction is our choice. ✨

What if we went into this week, this Monday with the idea that it was a chance to do something different?

What if we decided that this week, this Monday we’d take something from last week that we weren’t happy with, and change it?

What if today, this Monday we decided that we could make this day into whatever we wanted it to be? ✨
