So often we move toward what feels good and what feels right, fully certain the whole way that we're the ones in control. The tracks were laid long before us, though. They come from our families, our lineage, the stories we were handed and never chose. 🌿

A train can't steer. It can only follow its tracks. 🔁
Then something shifts. We become aware, and that awareness changes everything. ✨

The illusion melts away and the old tracks start to fall apart. 🍂
The body stops being a vehicle stuck on a set route. It becomes a field of possibility, open to movement that wasn't there before. 🌀💫

What happens when care is at the center? 🤍

We spent a weekend gathering the voices of the people who share the journey of being wayshowers, pattern breakers, disrupters of our time in all the magical and esoteric portals possible, and they said it better than we ever could. These are people who often avoid the camera and the "center"... yet its time we create containers for centering this brilliance.🌿✨

Sometimes that feeling shapes the choices we make. The relationship we hesitate to pursue. The move we keep postponing. The joy we soften so someone we love won’t feel left behind.

In family constellations, we explore how belonging can become tied to sharing another person’s unhappiness, and how choosing something different can feel like betrayal.

That guilt can surface even when you’re moving toward a life you deeply want.

When an ancestor’s ending was marked by tragedy, grief, or a death too sudden to complete…

What might remain unfinished in the generations that follow?

Sometimes, belonging can feel like carrying a sorrow we cannot name. A hidden loyalty. A story that began before us.

But that’s not the whole story.

We also inherit stories of strength.
Of creativity.
Of love that found a way.

We think we're the ones choosing: the partner, the closeness, the falling-out, the distance. But so much of it was written before we arrived. To really see the love in our lives now, we have to look at the constellation we carry; a lineage that lives in the body and shows up everywhere. In your partner. Your siblings. Even the people you build with.

🧬 Unconscious loyalties.
🧬 Guilt and innocence, passed hand to hand.
🧬 And underneath all of it, one ancient longing: to belong.

This is the heart of Alchemical Constellations, to see the pattern clearly, honor it, and let it move. We look to free the heart, to transform the future 🤍

When someone dies, there's a possibility of joy, and a possibility of pain.

Dan explains (while dressed in an ancestor costume): to die stuck, without a body, still suffering- that pain doesn't just disappear. It reaches for release. And the way it reaches us is through our own living tissue. Our bodies become the pathway.

So sometimes what we feel isn't just our pain. It's the pain of the ancestors, the dead who are stuck, signaling to us through our own bodies. 🌾

But there's a flip side. When we help them release, when they get to leave their suffering behind and reconnect to the light... that's joy. The same joy the living feel. And they deliver that joy and those blessings back into our bodies. ✨
