Will it or will it not work? always the question in a robot run!
A huge thanks to one of our team parent Mr. Anupam Kumar for superbly capturing robot game excitement in these photos..
If you are a middle schooler, consider giving FLL a try..it is so much fun!

Pictures after today’s judging session at Brazil open international. Transition to an in-person event mid-season (including international travel) brought whole bunch of challenges and kids worked super hard to (re) create all presentation materials by hand and put on a grand show.
Can you guess the theme of our show?
Many thanks to our guiding “angels” (volunteers) for making moments like these extra special for the teams!
We are fortunate to participate an in-person competition after a long time. The atmosphere was ”supercharged” (pun intended) and the excitement was contagious. Kudos to the organizers for an amazing learning experience
Proud to represent Rhode Island USA. Many thanks to First LEGO League Rhode Island

Consider supporting Rhode Island Students of the Future through Amazon Smile. It's and easy and impactful way to support robotics in our community..they do amazing work on hosting robotics competitions for elementary and middle school.
They encourage and support robotics team like us to keep on learning. Our team has done FLL Explore and FLL Challenge for 4 seasons, and we owe a lot of our growth to RISF and the well-organized qualifiers and championship it hosts.
The holidays are not the only time to participate in Amazon SMILE. Just by registering your Amazon SMILE choice of Rhode Island Students of the Future (RISF) you can make a contribution to the cost of running FIRST LEGO League in Rhode Island. This is no additional cost to you. Just register and Amazon will start donating with your next purchase. THANKS SO MUCH!!😄
LEGO Animation shorts 3: Trucks are Articulated Vehicles
Have you seen a truck turn?
If you observe carefully, you will notice that the trailer is connected to the truck at the kingpin(pivot).
A vehicle is called articulated if it has a pivot in its construction.
Such vehicles are naturally harder to maneuver.
LEGO Animation short 2: Blind spots
Did you know Trucks have 4 huge blind spots?
