A little Wednesday tip; always be kind ER than necessary. When in a big emotion: kinder, when sad about something in life; kinder, when your frustrated or down; kinder. If kindness is the basis of hard times good things will always come!

Remember all emotions are temporary don’t run from them, ride them out and return to your calm cool and collective state there after. Ask for help along the way.
