The Arbor Day Foundation has named Prosper a 2025 Tree City USA community and awarded the town its prestigious Growth Award, recognizing exceptional efforts in urban forestry, sustainability and long-term planning.

💬 What’s one thing Prosper should prioritize as it continues to grow?

The Prosper ISD Board of Trustees has appointed Deputy Superintendent Mr. Bill McLaughlin as Acting Superintendent of Schools. As the district conducts a comprehensive search for a permanent superintendent, we are confident in Mr. McLaughlin's leadership and his commitment to the students, staff, and community he has served for the past four years. The Board has selected Impact Education Specialists to lead the search for Prosper ISD's next superintendent. The future is bright in Prosper ISD.
