My name is Letitia Gordon, and I am a proud wife, mother, nurse, and soon-to-be Certified Nurse Midwife. My husband and I have been together for 15 years, married for 10, and we’re blessed with two wonderful boys who inspire me daily.
I work as a labor and delivery nurse at Baylor McKinney Medical Center, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting families during some of their most transformative moments. While pursuing my certification as a nurse midwife, I’ve suffered two pregnancy losses and now have also been navigating a deeply personal journey as I undergo chemotherapy for breast cancer with radiation still to go. This is not my first fight with this disease, but it’s one I’m facing with faith, strength, and the unwavering support of my family and community.
In the midst of this chapter, I’ve founded a business focused on birth planning and support services. If you’re confused on what this is just talk to me! This venture is a way to supplement my income while I temporarily step away from nursing, my go fund me can only take me so far, but my hope is that it becomes so much more. My dream is to grow this business into a resource where families feel empowered, educated, and supported throughout their birth experience. I want it to be something that lives on even when I do go back to work.
Through all life’s challenges, I remain deeply committed to helping families thrive. I cannot express how much I love what I do. Whether as a nurse, a future midwife, or a small business owner, I’m honored to play a part in bringing light and love into the world one birth at a time. Trust me I’m keeping my fees attainable because I feel the strain too. 💜

I had the most fun birth planning with Jennifer! We set realistic goals based on her health history, preferences, values and honestly just had a good time catching up! She called my questionnaire fancy and you know I loved that 🤣 who’s next?

Friends your referrals go a long way! Last night I spent 2.5 hours with a family discussing all 258 of their options on my birth plan questionnaire. Most of the time spent was answering questions and explaining processes and procedures. This family wanted to know it ALL and I loved it! I don’t leave until you feel confident. No questions are left behind. We also talked about questions to ask their provider to ensure the birth team is all on the same page. I’m now working on their customized packing list and birth plan (with Jacob the elf 🤣) Planning your birth should feel empowering, not overwhelming. Let me guide you through every step with thoughtful, professional care!
