We used to have a list of rules. No more. Now we have standards and expectations. It is more about the culture than having someone stand at attention. Be clear. Model it. Talk when needed.

I never really knew how important it was to feel important until I didn't . It is difficult to sustain great habits, relationships, & the feeling of wanting to do more if no one cares. It's taxing. Not physically necessarily, but emotionally. Make others feel important.
